This snappy north central Austin thrift store boutique offers men's and women's clothing, plus housewares and knick knacks..
In Short
The small yellow-and-blue building's overhead signage, with its inflated and colorful chest of drawers overflowing with goods, is a Burnet Road landmark and sets the tone well. Behind the glass doors and windows, the all-volunteer staff efficiently displays a slew of clothing, home goods, electronics, books and, occasionally, furniture. These items change regularly and all proceeds support Project Transitions, a hospice and support service for people living with HIV/AIDS.

Not much to recommend it..
Highly overrated, they must buy ads from the Chronicle (that appears to be how businesses win Best Of awards from them). Small selections, very high prices and the most restrictive return policy of any resale shop in town.

Nothing to see.
On the glowing recommendation of others at this forum, I decided to check this place out. There was hardly any merchandise in the whole store. It took me about 2 minutes to survey the entire inventory, and conclude that there was nothing I couldn't get for a much better price garage sale shopping on any Saturday morning.
Kudos for being a charity for a great cause, but I TRIED to find something to buy, just to be supportive, and I couldn't.
