Can't wait for another great massage!. Tanya rocks!!! Her massages are right on and now that I have been going to her for a while, she knows my trouble spots and is able to recommend exercises or other remedies to help what is ailing me. Going again tomorrow. Can't wait!!!

poor phone experience. Recommended by a friend. Called to schedule an appointment. Tried to schedule me with a single person and was having challenge. Asked to schedule me with anyone, am just looking for a massage, not an overall experience. Finally after 8 - 10 min, get the appointment. About to get off the line, then requests a CC number to hold the appt. If you had told me up front, sure no problem, after taking so long to get an appointment set up, I was done. Going elsewhere.

I love Halina Day Spa. I love this place and i am totally willing to drive more than 30 minutes to get there. If i recomended a spa for my friends it would definetly be Halina's European Day Spa!

Customer interaction could be better. I bought my fiancee a half day for her birthday. She went to the Burnet Rd. location. In a nutshell she had a good experience with the massage, manicure and facial. She did note the receptionist seemed cold and distant, one of the staff got in a verbal argument with the manicurist while she was working on her nails.. If they improved their customer interaction or interpersonal skills this would be an awesome place.

Best facial in Austin. I have been going to Galja for more than 5 years to get my facial/extraction done. She is the only person I trust my face. I would hightly recommend her. You are in a good hands. She has lots of years of experience, very professional and personal.

Halina. Went twice and had to different experiences. First time was great second time was probably the worst facial I have ever had. Based on the first appointment I booked the second one. Based on the second appointment I would never book again. Same facial Same tech two totally different experiences.

Great!. I had a great time being pampered at Halina European Day Spa. I was lucky to get a taste of all the services and I especially liked the facial (it felt soooo good and the products osana put on my face smelt super-yummy) and the massage (annie dug out years worth of knots). Everyone was very friendly, knowledgeable, and helped me feel very relaxed!

Informative Massage. I have never had a masseuse go through my form with me and explain what parts she would be massaging to relieve my stress and pain. It made so much sense and it made me feel so much more comfortable knowing why areas were being massaged and how it would alleviate pain. Overall I had a great experience. I think the only thing I did not like was that half way through my massage someone used the shower next door and it was very loud. I wish the walls were a little thicker, but I very much enjoyed my massage and will be back again.
