I wouldn't let them clean my dog house....
How does a business get away with this poor a level of service?
After 90 minutes and $150 later, the house almost looked the same as when the cleaners had first arrived. Baseboards were not cleaned, the floor was poorly mopped, and the bathroom vanity was not cleaned.
I live in a small house so I was not asking much of the two housekeepers, yet judging by their surly attitudes you would have thought that I had asked them to clean an airplane hanger.
Of course, despite repeated attempts, I was never able to get a manager on the phone.
Forget these guys, you can do better and cheaper……
These guys are the bottom opf the barrel. I agree with Ms. Wade! These guys sent the worst cleaning crew to my house. After four hours @ 80/hr they weren't even done with the upstairs! They are rude and record ALL incoming calls. Don't waste your money with these guys.…

I hired Molly Maid to do some cleaning to prepare for listing my home on the market. It helped my stress levels greatly that they were able to fit me in quickly, and that they came with three ladies
prepared to clean my 1350 sq ft home.
The price they quoted was accurate, and they finished in the time they had estimated. They hit all the problem areas and left things looking shiny and new.
I'll use their services again, and would recommend them to friends and family.…
Customer Service & Cleaning were Outstanding. I'm not sure what happened with Ms. Wade, but I have been a weekly customer with Molly Maid since Aug 2005 and have always had great luck with the ladies who come to clean my home and those in the office. They always send two girls and never cancel any of my cleanings. The quality is pretty darn consistent also. Additionally, the rate I pay is lower than several cleaning companies here in Austin. I wouldn't trade my Molly Maids for anyone!…
Satisfation NOT Guarenteed!!!. I requested a one-time cleaning service from this Company and was told the the hourly rate was $80/hr. They estimated it would take 2 1/2 hours to clean my house (2200 Sq Feet). When I came home, I noticed all of the ceiling fans, light fixtures and baseboards had NOT been cleaned. Not even lightly dusted. I called the company immediately (5:15 pm), but received a recorded message that they were only open from 8-5 pm so I decided to call back the next day rather than leave a meesage. I called the next day around 11:00 am and asked to speak to a Manager. I was told she wasn't available, but would return my call. This was on a Thursday. I went out of town Fri-Sun. On Monday, I called again since I didn't hear back from anyone and was told by Alex (Manager) that since I didn't report the problem within 24 hours, they would not guarantee the work. I explained that I did call within 24 hours and was told someone would return my call. She didn't care. So I ended up paying $283.91 for 3 1/2 hours for a 2200 Sq ft house that didn't include cleaning the baseboards, ceiling fans & light fixtures. My house wasn't overly messy so how could it take that long, I asked. Alex told me that had they cleaned the 3 items I mentioned, it would have taken even longer so therefore I wasn't charged for it. I've had my house cleaned by several different Maid Services throught the years and on average it took about 2 1/2 hours. I don't recommend this Company unless you enjoy wasting your money.…
