STAY AWAY! Bad food/service/sanitation. Very poorly run/managed! Went on a Sunday, place was empty (should've been my first clue something was wrong). Staff hid in kitchen when we came in, pathetic. Finally someone came out to tell us we would he helped shortly. Waited 15 minutes for food in an empty restaurant (nobody in drive through, not a complex order, 2 fajita dinners). The tortillas were terrible, cold and misshapen and way too cripsy on the edges making it impossible to make a fold over taco using the tortillas. The refried beans were disgusting and the beef and chicken was uninspiring. The bathrooms and tables were dirty, as was the outdoor patio area. The trashcans were overflowing. The area near the silverware and drink fountains was dirty.

Makes me question my sanity every time .... I cannot figure out why I keep going here. Honestly, they have gotten my order correct 1 out each 10 times I go - if that. I even ordered extra cheese for my tacos (because they consider 5 strands of cheese an official ingredient) and was happy to pay $1 for it (ok, not really happy) - what do I get? Well, I get NO cheese, so I paid $1 extra for no cheese. Most of the time the queso is so watered down you can barely keep any on your chip, but when it isn't watered down it is extremely good. I usually have to repeat my order a minimum of 3 times (maybe I should try 4?) and I get looked at like I'm an alien most times when I drive up to the window - maybe they know something I don't, like why I keep coming back.

But, there is absolutely, positively no denying that the best roasted 1/4 or 1/2 chicken there is to be had is to be had here. OH MY. (If you're thinking maybe this is why I keep going back, well, I wish I could say that but I don't always get the chicken.)

~P.S.~ Be sure to check your hot sauce or Pico de Gallo before you actually put it on your food as sometimes it smells so sour you wonder if it's pickled.
