poor service..don't stand behind their work

Like another reviewer, Lanier did damage to my property and refused to repair the subsequent damages.

I had used Lanier off and on over the years and never had an issue. However , an improperly installed pipe caused a water leak and water damage. They refused to repair the subsequent damage or even offer to return the money I had paid for the original work.

Bottom line, if something goes wrong and Lanier makes a mistake, they will not stand behind their work.

i have used lanier plumbing for years and have always had great service and very friendly plumbers show up.they all ways showed up on time and do what they said was needed to complete the work in a timely manner and cost. .also great office people to answer the phone and very knowledge of plumbing questions.i would give there phone number to anybody needing a plumber.

Not a man of his word

This guy agrees to a contract only to tell me later when he wasn't finishing "I can back out at any time" - I don't think this is the type of business we need in Austin. People need to do what they say they will do, or not be in business. Save your money, call someone who will stand behind what they say they will do.

Had good luck with them putting in a water heater, but when they put in my sink they put in a faulty drain, which I had to provide. When they came back, they put in a chrome drain in a white sink and still charged me the labor for it. I guess I'll get another plumbing company to fix the problem.

Best customer service, prompt response, great service, they took care of the problem within 1 hour, and did great work
