Wow! Talk about customer service!! Depew Appliance took care of a refrigerator issue that I had from five years ago. Their customer service is amazing! From the owners to the delivery men, the experience is nothing but pleasant. I will always recommend them and always buy from them. Depew Appliance is the mom and pop store that we always want to go back to. I recommend them highly.

My husband and I went to depew appliance to buy a new refrigerator. We were not happy with our old one and told Amy what we were looking for. She was very knowledgeable about the products and fun to work with. She listened to our concerns and was able to meet our needs. We made arrangements to have our new refrigerator delivered and installed the very same day. We were amazed that by the time we had unloaded our old refrigerator Depew was there with our new unit! Depew's delivery crew Jesse and Steve were very professional and knowledgeable how to install. They were friendly and easy to work with. We love our new refrigerator and will absolutely use them again! We highly recommend Depew appliance for anything you may need!!! Thank you Depew

I love this place! Nice to see these days that a family business still exists. I called for a service call and they came out promptly, but due to the age of my refrigerator, it was not really worth the repair. The service guy was quite polite and very informative.

Since they were so good to come out so fast, I wanted to try them for the purchase of my new refrigerator. What a great place! The sales lady was wonderful. She really listened to me and tried very hard to find the right refrigerator for me and at a very fair price. I will not hesitate to tell my friends.

I would absolutely recommend Depew Appliance sales and service to friends, family or anyone else. The salesperson was very knowledgeable and really worked to meed my needs. The delivery and installation crew was courteous and conscientious. They made sure that the installation went well. I have used many contractors before in the past and I appreciate the professional way I was treated. I felt that Depew Appliance really wanted and appreciated my business. What a difference there is to use local family owned and operated businesses.

I have bought several appliances from Depew Appliances and have been more than pleased with the sales staff and the service that I have received. This is a family owned store and they stand behind the merchandise that they sell. I looked around at Best Buy and Home Depot, but they did not service what they sell and to me that is very important. I would recommend to all my friends that they shop at Depew Appliances.

Mixed review.. 4/23/12: UPDATE: Well, Mike Depew went to the mat for us. I'm floored. Electrolux is replacing the lemon that's cost us $800 since we first bought it.

Depew renewed our faith in them in a way I never, ever expected. They were the reason we've done business with them for years -- and they will continue to be. I lost faith, I admit it. I was wrong.

Original Review:

Depew lets their sales people sell you on this brand or that brand with all kinds of folksy "This is the real deal" promises. They sold us a ridiculously expensive dishwasher claiming it would be the last dishwasher we'd ever want. Well, that's true. We bought the high-end Electrolux dishwasher they raved about. This lemon has gone out on us 2-3 times a year and Depew has charged us over $600 to keep the thing running. It was good money after bad. We paid $400 in January 2012 for another "fix" and it broke again after less than 90 days.

Beware!. I used their appliance repair service to fix a dryer that was not heating. They came out when scheduled and completed the job as scheduled. The dryer worked but did not seem to function the same way that it had in the past. The dryer heated but it would ignite the gas with a loud rush periodically. It worked for about six months and then stopped heating again. I called them to see if they could fix the problem. They told me that the repair man that they sent out no longer worked for them and it would cost for them to come out again. I thought fine I will just buy another dryer rather than pay for another costly repair service that might or might not work. I bought a new dryer and had it installed;. When the other dryer was removed the cord to the old dryer had melted to the back of the dryer. WARNING! We were lucky that it did not cause a fire. The dryer was repaired poorly and this company is not willing to stand behind their repairs.
