Warranty??? Not really. I ordered a refurbished Dyson from ABC in Jan 2011, confident in their 1 year gaurantee. It arrived, looked new and worked perfectly.

Fast forward to Sept 2011, and the vacuum's orange ball doesn't continuously turn for some reason. It still vacuums, but doesn't smoothly roll, it stops rolling and starts. I called ABC, who told me to MAIL the vacuum back to them.

I live in Los Angeles and asked if they had any partners in the area to take it to instead, their reply? No, mail it to TX on your own dime, we'll mail it back to you.

I was frustrated, but actually went to box city, purchased a box that would fit and the peanuts to pack it ($21), packed it at home and took it to the Post Office where they informed me it would cost $90 to mail it. So... vacuum cost around $325, to get it fixed $111??? Ridiculous!!!!!!!! (I did not mail it)

I would not have ordered from ABC had I known this at time of order, perhaps my fault for not reading the fine print, I'm letting you know so that you are forwarned.
