Health Code Violation. I caught them recycling food from other tables and using them for other patrons plates. When I saw this I filed a health code violation with the City Of Austin. This happened at the 290 location.

delicioso!. Not quite your traditional foods, but this mexican girl was very happy with the deep fried chicken taquitos and the ranchero sauce was divine... muy delicioso. and great location for a date. alamo movie and dinner at Flores

Great secret in Austin. Flores mexican restaurant is one of my favorite "hole in the wall" places in Austin. Their queso completo outdoes any queso in Austin. They have a good happy hour and pretty decent margaritas. The service is very consistent which is appreciated. I usually get Maria's plate which starts off with a taco (which I mix into a taco salad) and then 2 cheese enchiladas with rice and beans. I now get cravings for Flores Mexican restaurant. Its awesome!
