Korean food. I've been going here for years! I love the food and hospitality this place has to offer. What I don't like is the BBQ at the table. When I was in So. Korea they actually cooked on a grill at your table. Made the experience more enjoyable! I think this place has the best Galbi, not too sweet like some other joints.…
LOVE IT!. Our family has been dining at Korea House for years. We absolutely love this restaurant. The food is awesome and the prices are so affordable! I would HIGHLY recommend this place to others!
So Yummy!!!.
I've been a big fan of Korea House for years. The food is wonderful, service is fast and polite, and the location is perfect - right next to the Alamo Drafthouse Village. It makes it a perfect pre-
or after-movie place for a meal. I'm always greeted with warmth when I arrive, and while they are attentive, they don't hover, which I really like. Prices are totally reasonable and weekday sushi specials make it affordable to enjoy your favorite sushi dishes on a regular basis.
I especially love the beef bulgogi, shrimp tempura, and sushi combinations. Give it a try. You'll love it. And there's even a beautiful gazebo and koi pond out front to enjoy when you're done. :)

Worst Service and mediocre food.
True stories told.
This restaurant left me a horrible impression at my very first visit. After I signed my name on the paycheck, the waiter literally got out of his register counter and gave my an eloquent educational speech on 'appropriate tipping', as if I was not complicated and sensitive enough to understand their laborious yet reluctant water-pouring. But I added the tip up to his expectation anyway.
Second time I was there for a friend's birthday party. I ordered only the appetizer since the occasion is to late for my usual lunch. I just wanted to be there as a friend. There, again, I got an valuable lesson on how to be considerate toward waiters and a math lesson on how to calculate a 15% tip after tax. I admit that I am not the most generous tipper. But my tip is well above 15% pre-tax and I never felt obligatory to tip this lousy attitude. If were not for the Korean friends present, I would really ignore her and just leave.
The food is just ok, to be honest. You can still get a satisfactory meal there but prepare to be hated afterwards because of tip-digit deficiency.…
