Great Service!. I had a wonderful experience at Benold's. I took in a set of sterling silver earrings that had broken (extremely tiny chains that had managed to unhook, and really didn't think they could be saved) and asked Jewelry Repair if they would be able to fix them. The lady took them to the back, and about 10 minutes later came to the front with them fixed! When I asked the fee, she said not to worry about it, it was on them! The customer service at Benold's is wonderful, and they had some pretty amazing pieces as well! Would definitely recommend.…

My fiance and I had a wonderful experience with Benold's. From the first day he entered the store, Maria patiently walked him through every step of the engagement ring process. She sat and talked
with him on numerous visits while trying to decide on "the one".
Even after he bought the ring and proposed, Maria continued to show us kindness and perfect customer service in answering all of our questions and concerns. She always listened and responded to our preferences and needs and helped us know for sure we made the right choice! Thanks to Benold's and Maria for making this process such a wonderful experience! Excellent Customer Service and Quality.
I know I'm only echoing what others have said, but I am moved to add my review due to the fact that I was (and continue to be) blown away by the outstanding service at Benold's. My fiance and I,
like others, shopped around for our engagement ring at various stores. When we came to Benold's, we were greeted by a very patient jewelry expert (Halle) who gladly showed us every ring we wanted to see. She never diverted her attention from us. During the "let's think about it" period, she fielded SEVERAL phone calls from both of us about our options, customization, diamond center-stone advice, etc. I was amazed at how helpful and how much time she spent with us...and how incredibly knowledgable she was! I flip flopped back and forth on some decisions, and she patiently held my hand through the process. I figured she just wanted her commission, but lo and behold AFTER the purchase she was equally as attentive. My ring had a small defect (the fault of the supplier), and she immediately facilitated the repair. Even now she remains committed to ensuring our satisfaction (I just received another call from Halle making sure the repaired ring was perfect).
Shop around before going to Benold's...just so you can really appreciate how well you're about to be treated!…
Amazing Things..... First I would like to say that me and the Fiance went shopping at a few other stores for our wedding bands before we tried Benolds. Too many pushy sales reps at the other stores and really just so rude,trying to sell us just whatever they wanted.Not what we were looking for! Not at Benolds! We were greeted with smiles,asked how we were doing and if there was anything they could help us find. No pushy sales person just Milton. Milton helped us pick out the most beautiful,amazing and so very unique wedding rings. They have lots to choose from but with a lil help and time with Milton we were able to walk out of his store so amazed and happy with the service that was given. We were so happy with the service that we invited Mr. Milton to our wedding! Outstanding! I will refer Benolds for Best service,unique jewels and a very family oriented store. Thx again Mr.Milton and staff for all the time that you guys spent with us for our special day:}…
