Generous attitude. I received a very nice lanyard last year and when it broke at school, I knew I was in for an expense in fixing it and a certain amount of time when I would be without the jewelry. On a whim, I went to Bjorkheim's and Leif generously fixed it, right then and there, for no cost. Additionally, I had a bracelet with me and after looking at it, Leif gently told me it wasn't worth the money it would take it fix it. Leif's generous attitude was greatly appreciated and I am certain to return to his store.
Old fashioned service that doesn't exist anymore. I needed two of my white-gold rings to have a rhodium service done and was feeling a bit nervous about dropping off my rings at some jewelers for a few days. Leah and Laith made me feel extremely comfortable and were very attentive when I was asking questions. I actually received an email from them with an update a day later. And before I picked up my ring, they called me to tell me an extra service had been done to tighten some loose stones and would that be ok? I can't remember the last time I went somewhere that had good old fashioned service. I feel completely comfortable taking all of my jewelry there in the future and recommend them to you for whatever you need. They have been in business for over 20 years and I can tell how much pride they put in their work.

I found my experience with Bjorkheims Diamonds
very pleasant, the store when I first walked in is beautiful and the staff was very friendly and welcoming. Their bridal selection is very extensive, and the jewelry very unique....something for everyones taste. I was able to browse with out feeling hounded like at many other jewelry stores but when I was ready to take my experience beyond browsing there was a helpful, friendly sales person right there to assist me. Needless to say Bjorkheims Diamonds has my buisness from now on.
