Do not go here. The management is rude and has 0 client services skills. Yes it is cheap but I found that all my clothes smelled funny and white's never looked very clean. Also they only take cash or check wich i also found very inconvenant considering I never carry either. if you look at the other reviews they are all horrible and correct. Also it appears to me that the "management" also does not treat their employees right I have heard them yelling at the ladies working the front desk on numerous occasions. Don't be surprised if they loose your clothes either seeing the management usually doesnt even take the time to write out your whole phone number on your pick-up slip. To some it up awful service spend a few extra dollars and go somewhere else at least you feel like your giving nice people your business.

They ripped a shirt, Lost a shirt, and Management Refuses Responsibility: Counter help seems disgruntled with persistent frowns and it's apparent why- management is careless. I claimed my laundry, and an expensive shirt had been returned out of back, without a note, ripped through the seams on both shoulders. The Store Manager (George) refused to offer any options and stubbornly adhered to a story that the shirt was already old. This was based on a quick glance at this men's dress shirt collar, which had slight wear behind the neck. This shirt was of quality stitching in the seams, which was where it was ripped- both sides. Feeling insulted by his denial, I ripped the shirt at a seam to demonstrate the amount of stress that shirt had to endure to rip like it did in the shoulder seams. Bottom line: Store manager did not even offer a refund on the laundry price for the item! Then... of the same batch of clothes I took to them, another came without a bag and a tag. They said it had to be re laundered. Two weeks later, I went to pick it up and they LOST THE ITEM. They couldn't find the ticket number in their logs. Counter help took a message and told me the manager would call back. Nobody owned up to the responsibility to pick up on the note and call me. I called the following week and left a second note for the VP of the company (Steve). He called back and said that they are looking for my shirt. When I mentioned the ripped shirt transaction and my concern that the store manager hadn't offered me even the laundry refund (which is pre-paid) he instantly mimicked the store manager's tone and story that the shirt was an old shirt, saying "Of course we wouldn't offer you a refund because it's old." Rather than work towards a customer's repeating business, the lack of customer-care loyalty expresses itself as a sheer lack of basic business customer appreciation. Blatant and misguided, management refuses to step up to the plate and accept responsibility. Who has the time?

Pros: It's cheap.

Cons: Sadly, poor customer service from management to counter help.
