Mr.. Conveniently located, Body Business has the facilities & machines for everyone. What's more, the staff is friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. If you're looking for a great bunch of folks, staff & clients, you won't find a better combination.

The best classes in Austin!. BodyBusiness has great classes and lots of them. I've belonged to gyms where the instructors come and go monthly. This place has some of the best instructors anywhere and many of them have been there for years which is rare these days. There's a wide variety too from super challenging spinning, kickboxing and power yoga to beginner classes like water aerobics and stretching classes. The staff is great and they make you feel welcome no matter what your fitness level. This place is worth visit!

Not your typical gym.... After looking at several gyms, I decided on Body Business. I was very impressed with all of the classes offered and the relaxed atmosphere. I really like the Yoga and Pilates classes and have found a great personal trainer there too. If you are shopping around, look at this place before you join one of the chains.

Shhh....it's a secret!. BodyBusiness is a bit smaller than the mega warehouse style gyms but comfortable, clean and the staff are very knowledgeable and friendly. There's people of all different shapes and sizes and the place seems to have a great "vibe" and energy to it. People actually seem to be having fun with their workouts and there is very little pretense from the staff or members. It's one of the few places where soccer moms, 20-30 somethings and grandmothers can all get a good workout and seem to be ok with the mix of different types of people. I really like the variety of classes and the lack of crowds, escpecially after 5pm when I workout. Take a look at this place if you want a comfortable, clean and uncrowded club with tons of great classes and a great "vibe". Just don't tell too many others about it!

Clean,Secure and Sane. It is a very professionally run gym that has a variety of classes to choose from. As well as being immaculately clean. Many places make you pay extra for the same classes that B Biz offers w/ their membership. Unlike most gyms that claim that they have trainers that will help you but are never to be found when you need them. There is always a staff member (in a red shirt) that is on the floor waiting to assist. Sometimes they will stand there their whole shift and no one will ask them a thing, but they are there just in case and they are all ACE certified

Fitness for the rest of us. If all you want is weight machines and some aerobics classes, save your money and go to World Gym. For a more creative, personalized, healthy approach to wellness, check out Body Business. If you've already figured out that you need a little more variety to keep you interested, or that you need to avoid re-injury to your back/knees/etc, they have pilates, nia, aqua classes, and a few ideas I haven't seen anywhere else. I wish they had more weekend and evening hours. Still, for keeping me motivated and being well-suited for demographics beyond the 20-year-olds-in-perfect-health, they're the best thing in Austin.

A different gym (or better). BodyBusiness is different. Call them, get a free workout pass, look at their class chedule.

What makes BodyBusiness great is their classes. Aqua classes are great, you get a good workout with water resistance and stay cool the whole time. Their PACE classes are super for everyone, but incredible for those new to working out.

If you are looking to start working out, or if you like working out with other people who don't look like professional body builders, or if you like a laid back "do your best" atmosphere, or if you are interesting in aqua classes, try this gym out.

If you are looking for only weights to lift, hate classes, and only want to work out with people who are already fit, go somewhere else.
