William is an expert and a professional who knows his stuff and tells it like it is. Recognizes the common traps bigger places try to lead you into and doesn't do them. At the same time, if the work is beyond his capabilities and you need to go to the dealer, he'll tell you so. Honest and very good at his work. His area, transmission repair, is an area that can get very costly, and even more so if the job isn't done right. Its very comforting to have William and National Transmission available, and in a highly accessible location at Burnet near 2222.
Pros: Mechanics knowledge, expertise and Honesty.
Cons: None that I can think of.
