First thing I noticed was the large, clean, modern waiting room, with a computer and huge LCD TV for the customers. Not essential, but an extra mile I appreciate them going. The most important thing to me was that they quoted me a price over the phone and that was exactly what I paid in the end. Never once tried to pressure me into spending more-- they did print up a list of things that COULD be done and an estimate in case I wanted to address them at a later point, but they didn't try to convince me to do them now or that it'd be unsafe to drive unless I got them fixed asap. They even drove me to work and came back to get me so I could get my tires changed without having to take a day off! These guys are friendly, genuine, and will remember you when you come back. They exceeded my expectations in all areas, including price-- no, they aren't the cheapest in town and they'll readily admit that (though they did happen to have the best price in my area for the tires I wanted), but they're far from the most expensive, and I don't mind paying a middle-of-the-road price for top-of-the-line service. All in all, a pleasure to do business with, and highly recommended.

I stopped in for an oil change and was welcomed with a clean environment and very professional service. Unfortunately, my car needed some extra work, but I was completely informed of all the details and ASKED if I would be able to continue. No pressure, lots of information. Being female, I am immediately apprehensive when mechanics approach me. I did take the time to call around for quotes on the work needed and Advanced Automotive was the best deal!
