The lady they have working there now (2006-2007) has really bad customer sevice skills, when she disapproves, she'll let you know by the look on her face. I have a box there. I'd move it if I didn't have to change all my addresses. I'd complain to the owner but I met her and she is pretty rude herself. Since Roger left, it's been downhill...
They can ship, but their customer service skills leave little to be desired..
Lady who apparently manages this place could go to customer service school. Condescending and rude. While the advice she offered was quite good, her overall tone was very mean and I couldn't beleive she deals with the public that way. Not good.
