Good experience, VERY happy with cabinets.. This is the second house/kitchen remodel that we've used Parrish and Company for kitchen cabinets. We bought our house in July and by August (once I kicked the mouse out), we were ready to install our cabinets in our completely gutted kitchen. This was not a small project - we raised the ceiling put in an 8 foot cutout into the living room, added a pot filler etc etc. We ordered the espresso color cabinets by Quality cabinets from Parrish and upgraded to the dovetail, solid wood drawers. They already came with the quiet close, undermount, full extensions, which I LOVE. I am in real estate and have seen lots of "high end, custom" kitchens, and it never ceases to amaze me at the shoddy construction of the cabinetry. I probably paid a quarter of the price if not less and have a MUCH nicer, quality cabinet. Kent and the installers were great, Kent was quick to return calls and emails, and the installers left extra trim for us, and even waited to come back a few weeks later after we self installed our flooring (we're DIY-ers) to put the base trim on, and came out prior to ordering to make sure that we were making the best use of space and that the design would be pleasing to the eye. After the order was placed it took 2 weeks for the cabinets to come in and none were damaged. We were missing a door, which took 2 extra weeks to get from the manufacturer, but it didn't impede anything vital from being done in my remodel. I am very happy with the outcome and am on the verge of ordering more cabs for our current project - a laundry room. Thanks Kent and Parrish for giving me a good product at a great price.

Cabinets - BUYERS BEWARE. This is probably the worst company I have ever dealt with, cabinets take weeks to order, on 3 occasions came back damaged or wrong size, no apology. The overall quality of the cabinets is sub par, either scratched or indented so no quality control. Save yourself the headache and avoid using this company.

BUYER BEWARE. I bought a refrigerator off the floor. Ronda (showroom mgr)

promised me that it was new, unused & that she would replace one damaged side & get me the missing manual. Well-she did replace the side panel-that only took 3 months. 6 months later, I am still waiting for the manual & the refrigerator is a piece of junk.

WORST company in town... Horrible Service, Unprofessional Staff, etc... DO NOT USE!. This is one of the WORST companies I have ever dealt with in my life. My wife and I spent over two months trying to order cabinets. The sales staff will tell you all the right things and how they really care about their customers. In the end it is complete BS. They made numerous mistakes and did not even both returning phone calls throughout the entire sales process. On the day we were ready to finalize the order they claimed that THEY made yet another mistake (when I provided a CAD drawing of the kitchen to start) and doubled the labor charge and changed the price of the cabinets by over a $1,000. Can you say BAIT and SWITCH? We received NO apologies or concessions for THEIR repeated mistakes... We didn't even get a phone call from our sales person about the mistake... Their e-mail reply was "I checked, that's the price." Save yourself a lot of pain and hassle... I have told EVERYONE I know NOT to use these guys. If there was a zero star on this review I would have given them a ZERO.

Parrish & Co did a Great Job! I highly recommend them. My order was completed in 2005, however I feel that I need to answer the previous review. Our experience was great. We looked at all the local stores for cabinets and found what we wanted at Parrish & Co and much cheaper, higher quality. Our kitchen had to be configured to a different layout to take advantage of empty spaces and it was perfectly done. Our installer came to the house to confirm that what we ordered would fit.

When we were ordering the cabinets, we decided to order 42" cabinets instead of the 36" that were in the house. Reconfiguring our kitchen design at the big-box stores would have been a larger increase in price but was very affordable for us. It also required that the soffit be redone, but because installation was not that expensive, it was easily affordable for us.

The cabinets were delivered faster than the time schedule we were given, which speeded up the install. One door was damaged and it was reordered, delivered in time for the install. Our installed ordered a door and built a small cabinet for us in the dead space that is next to the sink cabinet and looks perfect.

Our kitchen looks beautiful, the cabinets are all high quality oak with self-closing drawers, I couldn't be happier. The best part is it cost much less than similar cabinets from the big-box stores.In comparison to most kitchens, our order was fairly small but we were given first class treatment. I highly recommend Parrish & Company. I'm truly sorry the other reviewer did not have a pleasant experience.

bad experience. We did not have a pleasant experience at all in ordering kitchen cabinets. We were excited when they gave us such a good quote compared to others that we had received, however, about 25% of our stuff was ordered incorrectly and half of the stuff was on backorder when we went to pick up our stuff. The items that were reordered turned out to have been reordered incorrectly as well. It has been three months since we place our order and we are still waiting on 5 items for our kitchen. We have not received an apology for any of the mistakes and have been made to feel as though it is our fault for not just taking the incorrect items.
