Horrible Service. I ordered Flowers for Valentines on the 3rd of the month to make sure there were no issues. First off I never received any estimate of when the flowers would be delivered, should have been a bad sign. When I decided to call the florist and try and get an idea of when they would be delivered all I got was a busy tone. After literally dialing in over 100 times I finally get someone on the line and all they say is that they will be delivered before 5PM and that someone would call before they were delivered. 5PM comes around and still no flowers and no call, I get on the phone and again their number is busy. Finally at 8:30PM some one knocks at the door with flowers, by then I already had to apologize to my wife that her flowers still had not been delivered but that I did really order them. I understand its Valentines and that they are probably very busy but if they want to keep their customers they should make sure they can handle the orders they take, otherwise the customer experience is going to suffer. I for one will never order from these guys ever again.

ORIGINALLY CALLED 1-800-FLOWERS AND THEY USED THIS COMPANY OWNER NAME ELAINE WOLFF WHO IS EITHER VERY DISORGANIZED, OR NOT ENTIRELY TRUTHFUL. I'LL GIVE HER THE BENEFIT OF THE DOUBT??
THEY NEVER DELIVERED VALENTINES DAY FLOWERS ORDERED 2 DAYS IN ADVANCE. THEY NEVER CALLED ME, THEY NEVER CALLED MY WIFE. SHE THOUGHT I HAD FORGOT ABOUT HER. I SPOKE WITH THE OWNER MS. WOLFF AND SHE APOLOGIZED AND BLAMED 1-800-FLOWERS FOR OVERBOOKING HER. AGAIN I WILL GIVE HER THE BENEFIT OF THE DOUBT THERE, BUT NOT CALLING IS UNACCEPTABLE WHEN YOU KNOW YOU ARE DISAPPOINTING YOUR CLIENTS. HOW MUCH EASIER IT WOULD HAVE BEEN IF A PHONE CALL HAD BEEN MADE. SHE ASSURED ME THAT SHE WOULD GIVE ME REFUND IMMEDIATELY AND IT WOULD PROBABLY TAKE UNTIL THAT THURSDAY FOR IT TO CREDIT BACK TO MY CREDIT CARD. AND AGAIN SHE SAID SHE WOULD CALL ME, BUT AGAIN I DID NOT GET A PHONCE CALL. TODAY WAS THE AFTERNOON OF THE 25th AND I CALLED HER AND SHE ACTED LIKE SHE DID NOT REMEMBER ME. I HAD TO GO THROUGH THE WHOLE STORY ALL OVER AGAIN. DOES THIS MEAN SHE HAD THIS OCCUR ON VALENTINES DAY SO MANY TIMES THAT SHE CAN'T KEEP IT STRAIGHT (DISORGANIZED) OR DISHONEST. IM AFRAID I CANNOT HOLD MY BREATH UNTIL SHE CLEARS THIS UP WE WILL SEE, BUT DISORGANIZED OR DISHONEST EITHER ONE RUN THE OTHER WAY RATHER THAN USE THIS COMPANY AND MS WOLFF.
Awful. These people are terrible. Two years in a row, I ordered flowers to be delivered on Valentine's Day. They failed to deliver on Valentine's Day both times and the arrangement delivered was vastly different than the one I ordered. They substituted carnations for roses and sent a smaller arrangement than requested. Don't use them.
Ellain Rocks... I have tried national accounts.. to get floral arrangements delivered.. I usually try to find one place local when I am there.. in Austin .. its Wolff's Floral Designs.. They have made several arrangements and have had great service in delivery.. flowers are fresh and they are beautiful. I send out arrangments every month.. and have not yet had a bad delivery and arrangement.. My girlfriend enjoys the flowers.. Keep up the good work.. Ellain
