Editorial Review for Shaolin-Do Kung Fu and Tai Chi – by John Hancock

In Short
Shaolin-Do, a 2,000-year-old Chinese martial art uses empty hand fighting and traditional Chinese weapons. The art of Shaolin-Do is a means of protecting oneself by developing oneself internally and externally and generating forces from natural body mechanics and circular movements. The school is open to adults and children. The kid's program places more emphasis on self-defense, attaining goals and having fun with fitness. There are also more teachers for more one-on-one instruction.
