Great Service, Design & Taste!. Picked up my custom ordered gift basket which was ready on time, got a block away and a cookie broke inside the basket when I made a sharp turn.

Went back to store to get it replaced and was totally willing to pay for the new cookies. Not only did they get me a new cookie and decorate it on the spot, they constructed a box to keep it still in the car and gave me the broken cookie to eat myself!

Very positive experience! Thank you!

Worst Customer Service Possible. I referred my mother to Cookies in Bloom to send an elderly relative an Easter Basket.

It was promised to arrive by Easter. It did not, even after several phone calls ahead of time to make sure it would arrive.

It arrived late, then after a refund was finally offered, two weeks and several phone calls later, it finally had to be delivered by car to my mother at home.

This is NOT what you do to customers. Everyone, if you care about who you are sending gifts to, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

They don't deserve your business.
