Great Food, Fantastic Service!. I went to lunch at TGI's with my boyfriend. The food was delicious and the people were so nice... It is hard to find good service anywhere now-a-days. The staff was so incredibly nice I will definitely be going back!

The much-copied look of hardwood floors, decorative stained glass, checked tablecloths, brass rails and walls filled with knickknacks has been a staple at this restaurant franchise. Originally a hit for its frisky bar scene, Friday's is now known just as much for its kid-friendly entrees. The menu alternates between typical American fare (salads, potato skins, Angus burgers and grilled chicken) and modestly international cuisine like fajitas, wraps and pot stickers.

Best Service Ever. Recently I was in this T.G.I. Fridays and was astounded. I am a regular here but have never experience the service that I recieved from one of the servers there. Her name is Lori and she was absolutely wonderful, I had friends with me this day and they remarked about how great she was. She is definitely all about the Friday's concept, I know this because she was training a new server and we got to over hear some of what she was telling the new server. Lori knew everything about the traditional Fridays and you could tell that she was trying to instill this in this new employee. I only wish that I had employees that worked for me that believed so much in my concept. WHAT A GEM!!! Thank you Lori for making our experience wonderful.

Ughhhh!!. Can you say unimaginative. This is about as boring as chain food gets. Why not just have a frozen dinner instead and save the cash for a real restaurant.

Great bar!. Since there are plenty of reviews for the restaurant, I thought I'd focus on the bar.

Drinks are moderately priced. However, Zeigenbock and Bud Light pints are ALWAYS $2, which is great! Plus, they have happy hour until 7 PM. The bar is very clean. Plenty of TVs for sports fans, plus they have NTN trivia...which many people participate in. The bartenders are all great, friendly and very professional. Service is exceptional.

They also have a special bar food menu that's very inexpensive. For example, $2 for 8 chicken wings!

The only real con is that the bar can be extremely crowded (standing room only) during a Friday or Saturday night. If you plan on going on Friday or Saturday, go early so you can get a seat.

Natural Angus Natural Fun. Friday's has these great new burgers called Natural Angus. I was a little skeptical so I asked one of their friendly waitstaff what this meant. I was informed that Friday's is the only Resteraunt Chain in America that can sell Natural Angus. This means that the meat has not artificial ingrediants and the cows weren't given steroids or antibiotics. The meat tasted like steak and wasn't fatty.

Looking for a Great Time?. I always have a great time when I visit the Friday's in the Arboretum! They have upgraded the menu with really tasty dishes and the service is awesome! For lunch, I'm always out in less than an hour. But if I can't get away from the office, I get it delivered. Happy hour at the bar is fun, and the drinks are all $1 off - even the big ones! I also like that the kitchen stays open until 1 a.m. My favorites: Spinach & Artichoke Dip, Chicken Scalopinni and Vanilla Bean Cheesecake!
