In Short – The strip-mall exterior belies a warm, cozy interior: ochre-painted walls hung with bold paintings and handmade ceramic platters. Subdued lighting, oak floors and beveled glass create an aura of relaxed sophistication. Middle-aged-to-older couples dominate the clientele. Asain duc spring rolls come with a papaya-lemongrass dipping sauce. Saffron lamb features a tower of meat surrounded by fresh green beans and mushroom ravioli in a meaty saffron sauce – –
Inconsistent quality, poor customer service
by wlyons
Several nights ago I ordered the duck and it was excellent. I took my girlfriend back tonight and we recieved two inedible duck entrees. In addition, the waiter took forever to take our drink order and after that would disappear for long periods of time. Upon learning of our disatisfaction he removed one of the entrees from the bill, but--unbelievably--charged me $1.50 to substitue mashed potatoes for asparagus. Of course I had to get up from the table and shuffle around restlessly to get the waiter's attention so that we could pay the bill.
Great food and atmosphere for the price

My husband and I had a date night in this restaurant and were very please with both, service and food. I couldn't call it fine-dining but neither this place was casual. Something in-between. The prices were great for what you are getting. We had a full meal with an appetizer, salads, two entrees, bottle of wine, a dessert - all under a $100 + tip, I believe. I guess, I recommend this place for anyone on a budget who still desires a dicent atmosphere and good cooking.
