I have had my hair styled in New York and London. Since I moved to Austin and I found Thomas. He is a Master hair designer with a lot of experience. Thomas is a "shear Genius" and one of the best hair designers in Austin. I would recommend his services to anyone that is looking for TOP TOP hair design service.
