Rude receptionist! Don't go to Rose Dental (11615 Angus Road, 78759) unless you want to be harrased by their receptionist!. I called in to get an appointment. The receptionist, I still remember her name, Kathy, was very rude when I asked her some questions about the appoinment. I told her that she was rude and hanged up the phone. I definitely do not want to get services from Rose Dental Group. Rude receptionist!

Rude Office Staff. Although the dentists seem competent, the office staff, particularly the office manager, is rude. They have often cancelled my appointment on short notice due to overscheduling hygenists. When I complained they suggested I go elsewhere. In short, they do not value their clients. Expect to get treated like a number, not a person.

Don't settle for Rose Dental. Dentists at Rose are good- especially Dr. Eslami who I visited with but overall practice experience is below average IMO. Waiting room is sterile and plain- just blah. I got three reminder messages for my appt. from three different people. Seems very disorganized and very little personalized service was given to me. Front desk was not very friendly and did not greet me upon arrival. Worst of all, Rose does not use the latest and greatest in dental technology and practices. I will be looking for a new dentist downtown somewhere where I know a bunch of new practices are starting up.

Dr. Michael Lewis. Very expensive dentists. Put on my treatment plan optional a $96 cosmetic procedure that cost more and was not needed. He was not open to a more economical crown. He did four crowns for me three in front and one molar. But after he had to bring the price down for my crown work. He said that I needed sedation to have crown work done. Which wasn't the case since he was able to do four crowns on me without that. I believe he did this because he had to come down on the price.
