Poor first experience.
We were sitting at a table where the waitress ran into my chair three times in a row and walked away without apologizing while delivering food to the next table. Near our table was a large spill that the waiters and waitresses kept walking over instead of cleaning. The food was average and definitely overpriced. This was our first time coming here but do not plan on returning.

In Short A boisterous, all-ages crowd of pasta lovers pack this energetic Italian spot, where chefs clad in white hats and red scarves keep diners wide-eyed by showing their moves in the busy open kitchen. Well, it's just getting "stale" as food chains often do. Lost the urge to drop in. Wait staff usually do a good job. Clean establishment but has lost it's trendy edge. Needs up dating and charm.
Hair in pasta!.
Not my favorite pasta place in Austin, but close to work and okay for the price. Went for lunch and there was a long straight hair in my pasta! The manager was very nice, replaced the meal with apologies. The disappointing part was that our waiter did not apologize or really acknowledge there was a problem when he brought the new dish out... Had been about a year since I had eaten there, and maybe another year before considering.
