The greatest service in all of Austin can be found here. HH is Mon-Sat from 5-7 with $5 small plates and half off expertly-chosen (from a Master Sommelier!) wine.

This is Four Seasons style, baby, so your outdoor dining is guaranteed to be kinda fabulous. Whether you're relaxing in the hammock (champagne in hand) or staying for a full dinner, the views of Town Lake and meticulous landscaping are one of the quickest ways to feel like an Austin VIP. Bonus: free valet parking during weekday happy hour.
Fabulousness! Sit at the wine bar and let Susie take great care of you. Wines by the glass and appetizers are half off during happy hour.
Excellent Happy Hour. Some friends took me here for the 1st time for my 40th B-day. Their appetizers are incredible!! Their Steak Fries are incredible with the rosemary, truffle aioli, & garlic. Another fav was the Truffle Mac & Cheese - OH MY!!. Excellent atmosphere set in the beautiful Four Season's Hotel. I have been a couple more times and always enjoy. I look forward to dinner with my hubby.
Great Service-Fabulous Food!. I took a close friend here for her 30th b-day. The staff went above and beyond for us. The food was delicious, we both had salads-- and I ordered a b-day dessert for my friend- and they hit a home run! It came out with a sparkler and her name written in choclate across the plate. The dessert was very tasty and light, just like I'd ask for. Thank you TRIO!
Excellent Service - Wonderful View. Being my first time there I was happy to see how cool it was downstairs. Very modern and sleek. The bartender was quick and gracious and the happy hour specials were good. I plan on going back when the weather is a bit nicer. Oh - THEY VALIDATE PARKING! You really dont want to leave your car on Ceasar Chavex after 3PM

Very happening happy hour!. Checked out Trio's happy hour about a month ago and it was quite the hot spot. We went to the bar area downstairs and ended up moving to the main lobby/lounge area because all of the tables were full. I want to go back when it's warmer and sit on the outside patio overlooking Town Lake. It's nice to have another waterfront happy hour spot besides Hula Hut! We ordered a round of drinks and some appetizers and stayed for several hours. I often forget about Trio because it's tucked into the Four Seasons but I will definitely come back this summer! Also, in case you are wondering they validate parking so that will save you some $$$.
Hello Mayoatx82,

Happy Hour. I met some co-workers at Trio for Happy Hour a couple weeks ago. There were about 8 of us. The location is beautiful the drinks and appetizers were delicious. They have good happy hour prices on the appetizers and on wine, but unfortunately I don't drink wine so I had to pay full price for my mixed drink. The cheese plate was yummy and the wedge fries were delicious! Unfortunately, there wasn't room for all of us at the bar and there was only one person staffing the bar so we decided to take our party upstairs. The waitresses up there were very accommodating and make room for us there. Good times!
Trio Pre-Theater Meal. We tried Trio for the first time , it was a pre-fixe theater menu, party of six. We got there right before 6pm, thought we had plenty of time. While the food was great, the service was very slow, took forever to get drinks and appetizers, the entrees wer served 1 hour and 15 minutes into the meal. We had to skip dessert in order to get to Bass Hall, unfortunately late and missed the 1st 10 minutes. Now on the good side, we were able to come back and enjoy dessert after the play, enjoyed another mojotini, which I highly recommend. So overall, recommend the food, the outside seating is great but come prepared for at least 2 hours experience.
Hello neww2austin,
Many thanks for your feedback regarding your dinner experience in TRIO. While we are pleased to hear that you enjoyed the food and the ambiance, we were very disappointed to learn that our delay in service did not allow you to reach your show on time. Our goal for our pre-theatre dinners is to deliver a great three course menu in a short amount of time. We obviously did not do this and we sincerely apologize.
Many thanks again for sharing your feedback and we hope to welcome you back to TRIO soon.

A perfect December evening!. Now I know I can get set in my ways when I look at menu options, but when Chef Todd Duplechan approached our table to discuss the menu I let him take control. Both my friend and I stepped out of our comfort zone and never looked back. We started our journey with the Crispy Pork Belly and Beef Carpaccio. The Carpaccio was a pleasant surprise as it is a bit thicker than most carpaccio's, but it melted in my mouth nonetheless. The roasted beet salad was a perfect blend of tastes as the blue cheese did not overpower the light vinaigrette on the beets. Once the entrees arrived we knew Todd had steered us in the right direction. Perfection on both the Ribeye Tenderloin and the Dover Sole. Since it was a chilly December evening we thought it was only fitting that we end with the warm gingerbread cake. After practically fighting over the last bite we did not want the meal to come to an end. However, as all good things do, we had to make our way back home and look forward to our next visit to TRIO. Thanks for a great holiday evening TRIO team and thanks Todd for your culinary guidance!!
It is always a pleasure to hear from our guests regarding their experience in TRIO. How nice to hear that Todd's recommendations met (perhaps even exceeded?) your expectations and gave you a new culinary experience for the holidays. Our thanks to you and your guest for your support - Todd and the TRIO team look forward to welcoming you back soon.

Great Steakhouse. My husband and I love going out for happy hour and a good wine. We were thrilled when we moved here this year and discovered the best happy hour in town. Trio is fantastic, the room is beautiful and hip, the crowd was great, not to mention the food and wine which absolutely delicious. They have an extensive wine selection, and Mark the Sommelier new exactly what to pair with our delicious meal. My favorite appetizer is the Ceviche and my husband’s is the Pork Belly, we can’t get enough of it! so this weekend we will be back for more. My compliments to Todd the Executive Chef, as well as the entire staff, everyone was extremely professional and kind. Thank you for the wonderful experience!!!
Many thanks for your review of TRIO - it's great to hear how much you enjoy our Happy Hour .....and of course the Ceviche and Pork Belly. Both Mark and Todd take great pride in their roles and hearing your positive feedback is very rewarding for them and for the entire staff. Thank you again and we look forward to welcoming you back to TRIO soon - whether for Happy Hour or for dinner.
Sincerely,
Jan Valasek
