WORST EXPERIENCE WITH NURSING STAFF AND SECRETARY EVER IN A HOSPITAL.
bad attitude of staff including nursing manager on nursing unit
overreaction in negative way for no reason and criticism for no reason
not handling legitimate complaints but making me feel as the bad person
insensitivity for being new to austin and the hospital
insensitivity towards my being very sick for a week
careless words from staff, bossiness
