I was recently in a wedding, and the bride and I planned to have our hair done at the salon after another place fell through. When she arrived, the stylist told her - in a very unpleasant way - that she couldn't possibly do her hair and that there was no way to make it look the way she wanted. It is inappropriate ever to talk to a customer in such a disrespectful way - but it is absolutely awful to turn away a bride on her wedding day and make her cry! If you want good service this is not the place to go.
