In Short
The lines are long, the music is fast and the crowd of college students and young professionals is loud and energetic at this New York-style lounge. The dark Middle Eastern interior and reasonably priced cocktails make it a good place to stop for a drink or two. The Latin-infused techno music isn't so loud that folks can't have conversations at the red velvet booths and tiled tables, but is also funky enough for dancing.

This is probably my favorite bar in Austin, every night seems to have something awesome going on. I understand how some people get turned off by the long lines, but check out it out during the week for really cool live music, Djs and hookas. Ask for Jenna or Max the manager behind the bar, they always give great service and make you feel welcome.
