In Short – Although it started in a little house on 34th Street, Starlite has a similar vibe to the other elegant restaurants in the area: brick walls, bold carpet, dark wood chairs and linen tableclothes. A trendy, party crowd comes before the bars or makes an evening of it. Favorites include a Mirin-glazed duck breast paired with a delicate stack of chickpea pancakes. For dessert, finish off with a homemade graham cracker crust holding an unbelievably rich chocolate creme brulee.
