Worst dining service experience ever.

The food and atmosphere here is great! I had never had a problem with the service till last night. They sat my boyfriend and I down and it took about 4-5 minutes for out waitress to greet us. She took our drink order, delivered the beverages and bread. After I ordered my entree I asked if I could add a side salad and she said yes. We finished off the bread and my boyfriend's iced tea was about 3/4's gone and our waitress didn't acknowledge when she passed. She passed by us twice and asked everyone else if they were ok but not us. She finally came by after we were sitting there wondering if she was ever going to come by and filled his tea and asked us if we would like more bread-we said yes. Shortly after that our entree's came out and we ate. Half way through eating, I realized I never got my salad. I asked her for my salad and she said "Oh...did you still want it?". I was like uhh yes , im still paying for it! For the rest of dinner she never came by our table- and we never got bread. I only ate half of my food and my boyfriend had food left as well. We sat there for ten-15 minutes after we finished eating, waiting for her to come by our table so we could get 2 to-go boxes and order dessert. She asked us if we would like to-go boxes and we said yes and order our dessert. She took our plates away. We ate our dessert and paid the ticket. When she dropped off our change she said ok thanks for coming (she never brought out of to go boxes with our food in it), I ask her if we could have our food with the togo boxes and she said oh..ok...left and brought us our bag. Well this morning I decided I was going to eat some left overs and when I opened the boxes I discovered that she gave us someone else's food.

Great food, prices, fun casual atmosphere, clean. Loud but joyous conversation. Great place for groups and family still dining.

Don't Order Take Out!

Twice now, I have placed large lunch orders for my entire office. Both times, Buca completely lost the order...couldn't even find the paper that the order was taken on! OK, I understand that mistakes happen, but really, twice? And, they weren't even apologetic about it. The food used to be great but now it is mediocre at best. Too bad...
