Doors open to what resembles an upscale hotel lobby, with a comfortable cafe to the left and an immaculate gym lit by skylights and with cityscape views lying just ahead. The spa experience isn't limited to gym members, though. The Sonya Dakar facial is customized with Dakar's product line, cleansing, exfoliating, extracting and hydrating the face to result in glowing, radiant skin. Another splurge-worthy treatment is the massage Grande, with extra-long foot and hand rubbing.

The atmosphere is so calming. As soon as you walk off the elevator, you feel you have arrived in a very special space. Elegant and spacious with a friendly front desk staff, and a wonderful little cafe with wine, salads and other goodies. It feels as if you are up in a glass tree house. The gym equipment is high end and brand new, and spaced out wonderfully with plenty of room to work out. Great trainers if you want to go the personal trainer route. I love the spacious dressing areas with fluffy white towels, eucalyptus steam room, roomy showers and lockers. The spa is a zen experience, soothing, cool, inviting and calm. And the spa staff are second to none! You must try Mecca. Come in to work out, have a massage, then finish off with a nice cocktail in the lounge...after plenty of water of course!

this place is all hype. can't play in the big leagues. has a difficult time walking the line between sophistication and approachability. expensive for the level of customer service. have had much better experience and service at other similar style gyms and spas. having good management is about creating solutions, not walking away.... I regret signing up and would not encourage anyone to make the same mistake.
