Editorial Review for Fellini's Pizza – by Michael Longshore
The Scene
Converted gas stations splashed with funky colors and blessed with large patios are the hallmark of this popular intown pizzeria chain. Order your slice or pie at the counter, and you'll receive a placard that shows the food runners where you're sitting. Service is speedy and generally slacker friendly. Half the fun of Fellini's is the crowd.
The Food
This inexpensive, easygoing locale is NYC-corner-pizzeria good, but not always consistent. For the most part, though, pies are crispy and well-crafted, and come with a long list of quality toppings (try the Fellini's special, extra anchovies). Salads--the usual assortment of iceberg lettuce, peppers, onions and olives with creamy Italian dressing--are especially good. The white pie is a crowd-pleaser.

Once a week I drive past a Fellini's (sorry guys at Roswell & Weiuca - who are also nice) to get to this one! The atmosphere is fun, music upbeat but not blasting (good for conversation) and the PIZZA is GRRREAT! Staff is friendly (even though they are usually very busy!) Lindsey, Brooke, Brittany & Danny are just some of the great servers......and a shout out to the guys making the pies too - good work!
Pros: Great Pizza / Friendly Staff
Cons: Parking!

It was the end of a very long day and was getting ready to head home but had missed breakfast and lunch. Only living in Buckhead for a short time i wasnt all that familiar with the area so the limo driver suggested this pizza place. I said sure so we drove by to check it out. It didn't seem all that busy so we parked around back and went in. Wasn't sure what to order so the cashier suggested the "special". Given i was so tired and the place was kinda empty, we just decided to eat there. As someone who loves pizza, i must say it was great!!! Sitting there in the late afternoon having a beer and pizza watching the rain come down, chilling out and listening to the music was a nice end to my hectic day. I can't say how the service or atmosphere would be when they're busy but on this particular lazy rainy day, everything was just perfect. Can't way to go back again ...
Pros: Super great pizza. Nice little afternoon lunch spot.
Cons: Only a few parking spots in front, mostly must park in back. Inside sign says not to leave valuables in car , something to keep in mind.
