Do NOT go here for USPS- you will pay huge fees. Do not waste your time going here if you want to ship via USPS. I was charged $6.25 and $18.05 for packages that normally cost $1.90 and $10.70 at the post office. I went back thinking I had accidentally been overcharged, and was told that they are "allowed to charge extra fees for USPS" because they are not offered a discount through the postal service. I understand that they are a small business (which is why I was going there in the first place) and need to make up for not getting a discount with USPS, but charging 329% and 169% of the normal cost for these packages is out of control. Sorry, but I will not be going here again.

As much as I used to like shipping UPS, I've had nothing but bad experiences with the UPS location on S. Lamar and the Post Office always puts me in a bad mood (disgruntled postal workers), so I'm really glad my boyfriend and I found this place. And I'm a devote FedEx customer now. =)
The service is always great and the owner is so friendly; she's always in a good mood, and on our third stop in, she already had us memorized. This is the kind of place that makes Austin great. I definitely recommend this place!
BEST PACK & SHIPPING STORE IN AUSTIN!.
I have used this store before but I was in a hurry to get to the Airport. Shelley, the owner was at the store early and opened her doors to assist me. She took my stuff and packaged it well and shipped it off for me. When I arrived at my final destination several days later my stuff was there as she said it would be. It was so nice to know that she cared for my items as they were her own, which was VERY obvious by the way she packaged them. I will be a lifetime customer of theirs from now on!
Store was clean and had lots of neat gift items. She has even recently started making her own soy candles which make the store smell wonderful.

The old owner & new owner have always been helpful and professional, always providing excellent service.

Horrible service. I mailed a package and dropped off several letters- one of which was my rent check. I have since found out that it was delayed being sent 4 days and resulted in me having to pay $70 in late fees. When I called to complain I spoke with the owner who argued with me and called me back to further argue with me! I did not ask for them to pay the fees- even though they should have- I just called to tell them that I would no longer be using their business.
