It did take a few calls to their office after installation but I am satisfied with their work. Keeping in touch with the technical people, especially on a first name basis seem to do the trick.

I was generally satisfied with their service. But in order to get good service, my advice is to have a thorough discussion with the service people before signing on the dotted line. Ignorance on the part of the customer is no excuse for complaining after the fact.
