Miracle Cures!!. I don't even know where to begin with our experiences with Ken and the great staff at Therapy Central of Round Rock over the years!

Our relationship started 8 years ago when my husband, who is a firefighter in Austin, had shoulder pain for about 3 years. He went to see Ken and in one session, the pain was gone, never to return again!

Over the years, he has returned to Ken to help with a lower back pain (from tight hamstrings) that occurred when he shoes horses (his second job).

I have seen Ken for a variety of "injuries" and every time I go, the pain is cured in one visit! I have seen him for knee pain, tennis elbow, sciatic pain, tight shoulder, etc. Each time I go, I am amazed at his knowledge of how the body functions and how manipulating the muscles gets rid of the pain for good!

The best success story in our family is my 7 year old daughter. She started seeing Ken when she was 3. She was born with torticollis of the neck. We had been to several specialist, physical therapist, etc. who could not help her. We started taking her to see Ken and he worked on her neck so that her "tilt" went from about a 20 degree tilt to about 5 degrees. I will be eternally grateful for Ken "fixing" my little girl.

Don't try to "work it out" on your own. It's so worth it to go to the great folks at Therapy Central to work out YOUR pain!!

10 Years of TMJ Pain Gone Away!. I have suffered with severe TMJ disorder for 10 years. During that time, I have tried night guards, physical therapy from a “TMJ specialist”, arthroscopic surgery on my TMJs, La Fort 1 with Osteotomy (a horrible, painful surgery), and when all else failed, pain management doctors. Nothing helped. I still had pain every day. I was told that the only thing that I could do was total joint replacement. Having researched that the results of such replacements left most patients still in pain, I wanted to avoid that option at all costs. So I went to see Susan at Therapy Central in Forest Creek.

I was very skeptical at first, because nothing had worked for me. Susan was amazing, and said that she wouldn’t do anything that I wasn’t comfortable with. During the first session, she worked on my neck and shoulders. They were a mess! Painful though that first 90 minutes was, I immediately felt better. Susan explained what she was doing, asked how I was feeling, and gave me things do so once I left her office. Now, 4 visits later, I’m a changed woman. I haven’t had that constant, horrible jaw pain for several weeks, and am weaning myself off of the pain meds.

I can’t thank Susan enough!

Top of the line therapy. Had my first ever visit to Therapy Central of Round Rock today. I went in just to have my elbow and shoulder worked on but Ken went above and beyond doing just that. He worked on everything that can affect why my elbow and shoulder to feel the way that they do. As well as explain to me in great detail as to why each muscle he worked on affected my arm the way it has. After we were finished he explained to me what I should gain from this, as well as give me a workout program. I walked out feeling much more limber than I did when i walked in! Thank you Ken, I will be back. And yes, y'alls slogan is true "Yeah it hurts...but it works."

Amazing relief for severe jaw spasms. Almost one year ago, I began having intense stabbing pain in the right side of my jaw. For about 3 months, it affected most of my daily life. I got some reprieve after having dental work (that was needed by most likely triggered nerve issues) then seeing a dr that prescribed 2 rounds of steroids. After enjoying a pain free and relaxing summer, the pain returned and I was not willing to wait to see how severe it would get this time. I had friends share similar experiences to different degrees. Their directions had led to long term medication or surgery options which I wanted to be last resort. I found a great jaw joint dentist and improvements were made but at hitting a plateau he sent me to Susan at Therapy Central. It was weird but amazing to see how bodies are designed so interconnected. Susan worked on muscles around my shoulder blade and I described to her a feeling of warm fluid flowing inside my cheek. "That's increased blood flow," she suggested. I have had two visits and look forward to the third as she intends to work more on my neck and jaw, but just her work on my shoulders and arms have show marked improvement for my pain as well as my enjoyment of daily living. I am so thankful for the education that I receive while she is working on me. Susan doesn't just leave it at what she does in the office. She gives me practical tools to help maintain healthy muscles and tissue in my everyday routine.

Back Relief!!!!. When someone first recommended me to go see Susan at Therapy Central, I was skeptic. But I was not getting any relief from the pain in my lower back so I decided to give it a try, I needed to get back to running and had just joined CrossFitTX. After one session the pain was gone and I felt better than I had in a long time. Now anytime I here someone complain about a pain the first words out of my mouth are "You need to call Susan at Therapy Central".

TC of Round Rock, IT WORKS. TC Round Rock and Ken Moench have helped the 4 guys in my family over the years. One who played basketball through college and 2 who played football and threw as track athletes, the youngest is still throwing in college. You name it, Ankles, hips, back, knees, neck. It has worked. My oldest was in the recruting season as a basketball player and sprained his anlke so badly,he could not walk on it; one treatment and he was back at practice the next day and he went on to play college ball. Most recently, he has helped me with neck and hips; he worked on my hip flexors and I have been pain free since. Yeah, it hurts a lot to get treatment, but the results speak for themselves. I highly recommend them!! Don B

Therapy Central of Round Rock. Therapy Central of Round Rock is amazing! My whole family has been helped by TCRR. I can't understand why this type of therapy is not done everywhere. Why go to places that require multiple visits? This place will help you quickly!

10 years = 10 miles / Headaches Gone. While running 10 years ago, I was hit by a car. I had tried to run off and on over the years, but my hip pain caused me to stop each time. I resigned myself to just keep walking 20+ miles a week. As I was approaching the 10 year anniversary, I wanted to celebrate being a live and my body "working". I started running again, which was painful. I knew about Therapy Central and decided to give Ken a try. After the first session, my hip felt so much better. After a few days, I was able to sleep through the night without the pain in my hip waking me up. After a few sessions, the hip was finally flexible. Last week, I ran in a 10 mile race and it was awesome! My hips felt great...no problem. Thank you...thank you...thank you...to Ken!

as a side note...after reading the material from therapy central, i saw where their technique could help with migraine headaches. when i felt them coming on, i was drinking a lot of caffeine and taking ibuprofen. i mentioned this to Ken. he worked on my neck and shoulders. i have not needed caffeine and ibuprofen for 2 months now. SOOOO happy.
