Best Customer Service EVER!. I am new to Austin and i didnt really know where to take my vehicle to, I started searching on the web for local mechanic shops, when I saw all of the reviews for Brake Specialists in Cedar Park. So I went there and all the reviews where dead on, these guys are really good and very nice. The manager was awsome and didn't try to sell me a bunch of stuff I didn't need. I think I found my new shop.

a bunch of good dudes work here. usually I do my own brakes, but i had never done brakes on a mercedes. the dudes at this shop got me all the right parts and performed the repairs same day for me. i got to talking to them and really enjoyed my time at the shop.

great service. my corvette had a check engine light come on while i was in cedar park so i stopped into the brake specialists location to have it checked because i live in buda and was in a hurry to get back.the technician they had working named kirk walked out to my car with the computer to read the code.he then came in and explained i had a code for my emissions system and all that had happened was the gas cap had not been tightened properly.he quickly tightened my cap,cleared my code and i was on my way in less than 15 minutes.its been over 2 months with no light back on.these are very honest,knowledgable people.they had me back on the road very quickly.even though i do not live in the area i would make the trip back for service.i was very impressed with the knowledge and skills of thier technicians.

The patient has a heartbeat again!. I blew my head gaskets on my Ford and had to bring it to Brake Specialists based on the good word of mouth that these guys have. It took about 3 days to get my truck back and it runs great again. The price was right in line with other shops and they made the my vehicle a priority to get done. My truck is alive again and I am very happy with my experience.

Prompt service, Friendly staff. They got me in quickly for my state inspection, oil change and additional needed maintenance. The manager and staff were friendly as well. Thanks for the good service.

Quality brakes and reasonable prices. I got my brakes done at the Brake Specialists out in Cedar Park last week. They used some noise free guarantee pads and there price for the job was right in line with other estimates that were using lesser quality pads. My brakes have been great so far!

Got my brakes inspected, I didn't need them. The dealership said I needed front and rear brakes on my Audi and that I was close to grinding at all 4 wheels. I went the the Brake Specialists in Cedar Park for a 2nd opinon on my brakes. They pulled all of my wheels and took me out to the vehicle to see the condition of my brakes. I had over 50% life left on all of the brakes on the vehicle. They did notice that I was over on my oil change, so I had them change my oil for me. I really apprecaited the honesty and I know where I am getting my brakes done when I need them. Thank you for your professionalism and honesty.

My Vehicle Finally Has Some Power Again.. I had been driving my Chevy pickup around town and it felt like I was running on half of my cylinders. I dropped it off at the Brake Specialists on Bell Blvd in Cedar Park. They diagnosed my issue as having a clogged catalytic converter. I admitted to them that I hadn't tuned the vehicle up in the 200k that I owned the vehicle. Unfortunately, the vehicle had been dumping excess fuel into my catalytic converter which basically killed it. They installed a new oem converter on it and performed my tune up with a fuel injection service. The truck runs like it did when it was new. I will definitely stay up on the maintenance from now on. Thanks for the quick service!

Creative Solutions, Excellent Manager. I like coming to the Brake Specialists in Cedar Park, because the manager always gives you options to fix your issues. I had some performance brake parts that I wanted to put on my vehicle and other shops had previously refused to install them. Patrick was more than happy to install my parts. He also gave me options on repairing some rear brake issues I was having and got me taken care of same day on the repairs. I appreciated the shop working with me and I will keep trying to refer more people to this shop.

Fixed My Oil Leaks, Friendly Service. Let me start off by saying that the manager Patrick is just a ray of sunshine. He smiles everytime I come in and seems to really love his job. I finally had saved enough money to get the oil leaks on my Subaru's engine taken care of. They had to basically take apart the engine and replace almost all of the gaskets to reseal it. It took Patrick and his techs about 2 days to finish the job, since some of the gaskets had to be special ordered. I was really impressed with the job they did. They cleaned almost every inch of my engine as they put it back together. The engine almost looked new. If you live in Cedar Park, you need to stop by see Patrick for your repairs. He will treat you right.
