THANK YOU TEXACO EXPRESS LUBE. I was trying to get my inspection at a place in Buda that had Kwik in their name. I thought it ment they might have been quick. Well i was wrong !!! I waited there for 2 hours and still couldent get my inspection. I finally left and went up the road to the express lube. They had me out within 20 min. My day was saved by them. Thank you guys : )…
