Delightful and stress free house hunting.. I was first introduced to Carol in 2000 and my first impression of her has never changed. She is most interested in what your wants and needs are. It is very important that your purchase has everything that will make 'YOU' happy. She does not pressure you whatsoever. I remember driving miles and miles of Texas with her and having the most delightful time. All the while her memory is gathering the information that is important to the both of you and before you know it you are driving up to "Just what I was looking for".If you are buying or selling and wish to do it without any stress then Carol Whisenet is the person you are looking for. I have since moved from the Austin area but my connections with her have remained. She is a wonderful advocate for her clients. Her ethics are impecable and you can rely on her without reservation.

Could not have found the home of our dreams without her!. Are you looking for a realtor who does not listen to the likes and dislikes of houses you see? Or one who is not bubbly and willing to go the extra mile for you?

Well, if that is who you are looking for, Carol Whisenant is NOT the the realtor for you!!

You could not ask for more in a realtor than Carol. She carefully listened to all we had to say about each house we saw. And based on that listening, she fined tuned down the list of places to exactly what we wanted. I can truthfully say we would not be living in our new house if it were not for Carol.

She is always there to help with any questions or concerns that one might have. So after two house sales and one house purchase, I would highly recommend her to anyone!

THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT FOR PROPER REAL ESTATE PURCHASES AND SALES. WE FOUND CAROL TO BE INTERESTED IN THE PROPER EVALUATION OF OUR CURRENT PURCHASE VALUE TO BUDGET AS WELL AS FUTURE RETURNS IF WE DECIDED TO MOVE UP.
