I had discussed with Alex about going to Rudolph Chevrolet merely for the fact that they are closer to my home. But because I own a Buick... I wasn`t sure if they could warranty service my vehicle. He informed me that they can. I had also joked with Alex about going to Rudolph Chevrolet because they always wash my cars. Alex went above and beyond. My vehicle was washed... dried... and even vacuumed. I have been going to Shamaley since 2001 when I purchased my first vehicle. Alex is the only remaining service member face that I know and he has always been very courteous and helpful.

My wife and I have bought several new cars in the Austin area within the last 8 years, and have never had such a Great Car buying experience! Our salesman Jerry Crider showed us all there is to know about the Altima SV, and we fell in love with it right away! Jerry was very professional, and he sure knows his stuff !! We never felt pressured to buy, like we`ve felt in other auto dealerships in the past. We had a problem with some scratches on the wheels on the right side. No problem at all, taken care of by a Great Salesman.

Tony Saldonia was the best saleman I`ve had.His extra effort for service was excellent.I have only one question: The passenger side doors rattle. The driver side doors seem to be pretty good. Some rattle but not as bad as passenger side. I checked on the internet and this seems to be a common problem with the F-150. I haven`t had the opportunity to come by and ask about it. It probably is and easy fix.Can you advise me about bringing in for your correction on the rattles? I was very impressed with the friendlyness of all staff to me and all the other cutomers.

this is one of the better car purchasing experiences I have had. No long waits... no pressure... willingness to make a deal... all contributed greatly to my decision to buy from you... especially when you consider that I am a confirmed Hyundai owner
