We have used Rock Star Limo countless times over the past 3 years and they have never been late or not shown up. Sounds like the last guy called on New Years eve and was disappointed that he couldn't get a limo on New Years Eve. I let the owner know about this message, but who expects to get anything when calling New Years Eve anyways. Best service and rates in San Marcos in my opinion.

ANY LIMO COMPANY WOULD BE BETTER THAN ROCK STAR LIMO. * They asked to be provided with a credit card number for a deposit to transport 20 people to downtown Austin for a new year’s celebration. They didn't show up. I had to call the business phone (which rolls to a kid’s cell phone) and check up on the status of the transportation. I was told that I could cancel if I didn't want to wait. It was almost Eleven o'clock on New Years Eve!! We had 20 people waiting to celebrate the New Year who were blown off by someone attempting to run a business. This guy, Brad, has no idea what it means to professionally, ethically, and efficiently run a business. I think it says a lot about your "business" when you set expectations that people can pay to rely on your services and you don't show up. Thankfully, we were able to get to our celebration and didn't allow this joke of a limo service to ruin anything. I hope this review will steer folks away from potentially having a very bad experience with Rockstar Limo in San Marcos, TX
