No Headaches with this Mobile Repair Service!. This was the first time I have ever used a mobile mechanic and I must say I was very surprised by the service and the level of professional quality that Scott at Elite Mobile Services offered.

In January 2012, our 2002 Honda Odyssey suddenly wouldn’t start due to a squirrel eating through some engine sensor wires. After making a call to Elite Mobile Service, the owner Scott was able to accommodate our family on short notice. In a short time, Scott was able to diagnose the problem and make the repair. The best part of the repair experience, I was able to leave my vehicle key with Scott. This allowed him to make the repair without disrupting my daily work schedule to supervise the repair job. Also, Scott was able to locate the hard to find sensor for the repair at a local auto parts store after the Honda Dealership said it would take a few weeks to get the part ordered and replaced. Overall, the vehicle was repaired in a short time and the cost of the job was reasonably priced.

I will definitely use Elite Mobile Service again for any headache vehicle repair jobs.

He gets to the point. Communicates just what needs to be done. No extra work that you don't need. Very convenient and timely. he keeps my old beast running well.

True Professional and Honest. Best truck service experience ever!

I broke down in my old F250 this past week and after working on it myself for 4 hours, I put in a new starter and solenoid but still was stranded and had no clue what could be wrong.

I called Scott and he showed up sooner than expected (exceeding my expectations) and diagnosed an electrical issue in about 20 minutes. After a short trip to the local parts store, the proble was fixed!!

I will use Scott in the future for all my car care needs. Not only a good mechanic, but pleasant to work with and very fair price.

WOW an honest mechanic!. Responsive, on time, fair price and solid work.

The serpentine belt on my 530i snapped as I was headed up Lamar Blvd. I had to pull into a parking lot to avoid any major damage. Scott w/ Elite was able to get to my car the next day and get it back on the road. Prior to finding Elite, two other mobile mechanics had failed to show up.

Elite charged me a fraction of what the dealer or so-called BMW experts might have. Friendly, competent, and fair. You can't beat that.

As good as, if not better, than a traditional shop. My 94 Lexus simply died without explanation. Scot was able to diagnose a bad fuel pump and replace it at a reasonable price. We went to turn it over and nothing. Zero.

Scot didn't abandon the project and traced every ground, every fuse, every relay and every connection until determining it was the control computer. He didn't want to replace the most expensive part on the electonic system until he had exhausted every other option. Once replaced, the car ran like a champ.

Turns out that when the fuel pump failed, it shorted out the main computer. So many variables and so many things to check, but Scot was thorough to check everything.

I like tinkering and fixing the easy stuff on cars (brakes, oil changes, spark plugs) but when I get in over my head, I'll call Scot and Elite right away.

Honest auto work. I came upon Scott working on another vehicle in my parking lot. After a short discussion, I left to get an essential part, returned per agreement and Scott did a quick analysis of my vehicle's condition. He indicated that by replacing the battery, the problem had been solved. In addition he looked at another vehicle and gave me enough info to possibly correct the problem myself. He was more than forthcoming with auto knowledge and more than fair with his pricing of services provided. I HIGHLY recommend calling his mobile service when needed.

Best Deal in Austin. I called Scott this morning after waking up and finding that my battery was dead. I had suspected for awhile that it was the automatic door locks that were running during the night draining the battery as they had been clicking on an off on their own a lot. As soon as I mentioned this to Scott, he immediately said "It's a Saturn isn't it" He was right. It is a Saturn and that gave me a great feeling about him right away. An hour later he was here and 20 minutes later he had the car jumped and fixed! I recommend EMS to anyone with any kind of car trouble. Scott is honest, fair and knows his stuff. He probably spent almost as much on the gas to get here as he charged me. Can't ask for more than that! Thanks Scott!

Very helpful and friendly service!. I called Scott for help with a problem on my truck and he was already in the area. He came by and got me all fixed up and on my way. Cheaper than calling a tow truck and still having to pay to get the repairs done! I highly recommend Scott at Elite Mobile Services for your vehicle repairs in Austin.

Scott on the Spot!. Scott has found a magnificent business model that fits his life style and my needs. He comes to our location, fixes what needs to be fixed in out car and drives off with us very happy.

Scott is smart, honest, and knows what he is doing with cars and people.

he can fix it!. My wife called me at work and told me that her car was broken down in the driveway. I didn't want to have to have the car towed or wait until after work t o get it somewhere. With one call to Scott, I knew we'd be taken care of. He showed up the same day I called, and by the time I came home from work, he was in my driveway with the parts the car needed. She's back on the road in less than 8 hours.
