What an dick!. The man working the counter was extrememly rude. I had a broken foot that was tightly wrapped in gauze to stop bleeding. In order to fill my prescrption he needed my employer's phone number. I did not have the number handy. He refused to allow me to use his phone book to look it up. He also refused to look it up himself. Since I had to hobble out of the building to get the phone number for him, I decided to fill my prescriptions elsewhere. However he refused to give them back to me. Unfortunately I did not get his name, but he was the fat, bald a$$hole with a goatee.

Illinois-based drugstore chain serves neighborhoods with fully stocked stores and modern amenities.. In Short
Founded in 1901 in Chicago by Charles R. Walgreen Sr., this neighborhood pharmacy has grown to be one of the nation's largest drugstore chains. Each store carries 25,000 different items--from cleaning products to electronics and greeting cards. Store features include a computerized system connecting pharmacies nationwide via satellite, grocery-store food aisles, one-hour photofinishing and an automated phone system for prescription refills and pre-arranged pickup times. Other services include in-store flu shots and childhood immunizations.
