Will drive further. Not very friendly to kid or to parents. We tried this place since it was closer to where we live but I will make the effort to drive to the one at Round Rock. They were friendlier and more professional.

Will not even call, forget going. It sounds like the 183 location does not need any business. Called to check on prices, location, wanted to ask some other questions. The person who picked up the phone was utterly rude, cut me off with a couple of "no" answers and then hung up on me before I even had a chance to ask other questions. How are they still in business?

Great first haircut!. We took our 11-month-old son to the Cool Cuts 4 Kids in Toys R Us at MoPac & 360 and it was wonderful! He was pretty upset, but the stylist was very patient and talked to him in a soothing way. We made an appointment and they were very prompt. We will be going back & I would recommend it to all my mommy friends!

long wait-even with appointment. The only reason we still go here is because my 3 year old hates to get his hair cut and doesnt mind getting it done here. I will have to agree that some of the staff seems unexperienced. There is usually a long wait even if I make an appointment. It looks like they are maybe understaffed? I have been switching it up with Kaos over on Anderson Mill, same idea.. and they seem more professional and we never have had to wait for an appointment. I went as far to write a comment to their corporate site online and tell them of the bad experiences I have had at the 183 location. Nothing ever came of it. They wanted to give me a free haircut.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE PLACE TO GO!!!!!!. I used to take my son to the Bee Caves salon and the stylist would do a HORRIBLE job on my daughters hair! We would always have to come back to get it fixed by a different stylist. They cut hair way to short and it was always uneven!! Not to mention they are NEVER on time for appointments and the salon is always very dirty with hair on the floor!I even had to ask them if they were going to clean the firetruck out before i placed my daughter in it bacause i watched two different stylist use the car and not clean it out after their haircuts.I dont know how they stay open.I will never return here again!!!!

Good but not Great. I love that my son gets to watch a video and eat a lollipop while he gets his haircut, since he's not a big fan. However, I'm not all that impressed with the customer service. I don't find them to be very friendly to me or my son. They are not necessarily rude, but I've been getting his hair cut there for about a year now (every 4-6 weeks) and they don't seem to recognize me or act all that welcoming. I am thinking about switching to another kids themed place and see if I like it better.

movies and a haircut!. Kids get to watch movies or play games while getting a haircut. Always super sweet to my daughter who is not the biggest fan of getting her haircut. She insists on having it done here though.
