Great personable service. Even when they're really busy, some of the guys who work here (i.e.: Ben); will get w/your needs ASAP & get you back on the road w/out delay. Ben works w/energy & conscientiousness. I would go here for all my tire needs & recommend it to all my family & friends.…
Excellent service (in a round-about way).
I put off getting my tire fixed for a while. I don't live near a Discount Tire, so I hesitated. This time, I went in and all of the men were curteous. They quickly looked at my car. A technician came
out and said "Are you sure it was the right front tire?" "Yes," I responded. "Oh, well we may need to fix or replace both is that ok?" "Sure..."
Fast forward a few minutes.
"That'll be $32.00 to renew your warranty certificate for your new tires." He went onto explain that they checked the other front tire and it was damaged beyond repair. So I got both of my front tires changed for $32.00.
I highly recommend.…
Editorial Review. A multitude of choices in tires and wheels are offered at the country's largest independent tire dealer.
Not trustworthy: find another tire dealer. This location was once a well-run store and a welcome escape from NTB. Sadly, they've become as bad or worse. With 5 family vehicles I had bought a lot of tires at this location. But the last time I was there they lied to me about the wait time (15 minutes became an hour and a half), repeatedly moved later-arriving customers in front of me, didn't properly balance two of the tires, and then cross-threaded two wheel lugs that cost me $180 to have repaired. They kept trying to sell me away from my preferred brand (Michelin) to one of their house brands. I had similar encounters on two previous occasions, though not quite as bad. I wrote these off as glitches, but apparently this is just the way they do business now. I've had co-workers report similar experiences in the last nine months. My advice: there are plenty of other tire stores around - stay as far away from this one as you can.…
These dudes rock! But super buys on weekends, Closed Sunday!. I have takren my car, my girlfriends truck, and even swapped rims with a friend and They have been nothing but helpful and understanding when I happen to apparently run over nails about 2-3 times and replaced my tire in a timely manner. You need to get your car in early and communicate what you feel is wrong. They have even patched a tire for free and replaced two faulty valvestems. As far as my rims go they use the tape on type which other places are finally doing with newer tuner rims becoming popular. These guys rock and really should be visted to understand the quality of service.…
