Yes, this place is good!. We have been here to eat numerous times. The food is always good. Who doesn't love their yeast rolls?! For appetizers, we like the Hot Spinach & Artichoke Dip with Tortilla Chips or the Roadhouse ?Shrooms. I've had the Deluxe Grilled Chicken Sandwich with fries. Even though it had great flavor, I couldn't finish it all that night (it was too big). We've had numerous Real American Roadhouse Meals and Steak Entrees. Our youngest daughter's favorite is the kid's steak tips with mashed potatoes. Our favorite waiter is Ricky because he always gives us great service! We enjoy this restaurant and are repeated customers.
Nashville-based steakhouse chain serves up large portions of meat and potatoes..
In Short
Founded in 1991, this company-owned, franchised eatery is famous for one thing: steak. With decor reminiscent of classic wood-paneled roadhouses that lined Route 66, this restaurant serves up gigantic portions of mesquite-grilled, hand-cut steaks. Families and friends with rumbling stomachs start off with bottomless peanuts before diving into sirloins, rib-eyes and prime rib. Bigger appetites go for the 20-ounce porterhouse. Lighter items include teriyaki-grilled chicken and Santa Fe tilapia.
Bonanza reborn in a way. Good steaks but it's noisy and loaded with kids. If you got to feed the herd and want a good steak, this is your choice. Decent value for the family, wide variety on the menu...but did I mention lots of kids?
