I was fortunate to stumble on Pedley-Richard and Associates with my move from San Jose, CA to Austin, TX in 2005. I had never even been to Texas, and the staff at Pedley-Richard proved invaluable in my job search. They found me a great vp of engineering position and really made me feel welcome. Sally Pedley, CEO, Deborah Richard, President, and Tom Schable, Operations & HR Manager were all incredibly professional and kind, and I would highly recommend them to anyone who works in technology.
