Agree with some other reviews..
The vegetables and fruits are overpriced and not as "fresh" as advertised.
Like other reviewer stated. It seems to me its just a place where people go to attempt to look cool and trendy and be seen.
HEB has just as good, if not better produce at a much better price. I will not go to whole foods anymore and wouldnt recommend it to anyone.

I shop there because it's pretty and nice.
I never mind paying money for quality products, and that is why I have shopped at WFM since its' inception! I'm lucky to say I started shopping at the very 1st store 10th/Lamar, years ago. Yesterday, was my first time ever to buy 'supplements'. I had a coupon from the WFM calendar for $2 off fish oil; I searched for an associate, and Clint was there. He was SO helpful and knowledgeable. Not only did I buy fish oil, then I asked about vitamin B, he helped me pick out 5 exciting products, and I received $20 off my 6th. WOW! love it. Thank you, Clint and to the young man at the register that waited for me while I ran back and forth. I LOVE this store.

It's easy to treat the body like a temple at the country's first national certified organic grocery store..
In Short
The 80,000-squar-foot organic market is a vegetarian's and healthy eater's dream, with a focus on natural and organic goods and a gargantuan selection of fruits, vegetables and vegan products. Bu carnivores won't feel neglected, as the store also boasts a vast selection of top-quality meats, poultry and fish. The massive sales floor also stocks wine, beer, fresh-baked goods, housewares, fresh-cut flowers, yoga apparel and accessories. There's also a large section for vitamins, personal products and health food.

when did food become a fashion accessory?.
the food looks like the cover of one of those hoity toity vegetarian cooking mags and tastes about as good as the paper they're printed on to. its basicly a place to go to be seen. its the wal mart of health. go to wheatsville instead and support your community.

Over Priced-Tattoo Turn Off.
This location is in no way an indication of many locations around the country but it sems odd that the Flagship is so dead set on poor judgement.
Yes its Austin but subsidising the tattoo profession is not well intentioned. Consider what your staf has to look forward to.
Know to the food, quality and pricing. Good prepared food onsite! Service is average at best. In particular the bakery staff and chocolate counter are arrogant and not knowledgable.
Prices are out of line with the market. Just because your sales are good isn't a sign of your good steward mantra being observed.
