ARS has very incompetent customer service.. I called them to fix the second floor AC in my house. They set an appointment for next day. I stayed home the entire day for their service person to show up, but no one did. Each time I called their dispatch, they said that the service man is in your neighborhood and will be there within a few hours. So I called them again the next day and the same story again. They wasted two days of my life waiting for them to show up and no one did. Their manager, named Michelle, was not of any help neither. She was just apologetic but was making the same excuses their dispatch person was marking. Do not use ARS.

DO Not Use ARS!. Do Not Use ARS!

One of my tenants called ARS to fix a plugged toilet. The tech said he would have to remove the whole toilet and snake the entire line leading from the toilet. Well this guy was so negligent in his job, that he was not even paying attention to the other toilets in the house. Long story short, The guy caused the flooding of SEWAGE into the second bathroom and did not notice a problem until it spilled into the attached bedroom and also filled the bedroom floor 2 inches with sewage water. When I called ARS to file a claim with their insurance to fix the sewage flooding damage, Michele the manager denied responsibility and said that the flooding was already present which is a total lie. As a result their insurance company denied my claim. Not only did they cause the flooding of my home and lie about being responsible, but they refused to refund the $600 they charged my credit card to flood my house???? DO NOT USE ARS!!! They will scam you or worse, cause damage to your property and deny fault.
