HORRIBLE experience. This place overcharges and adds mysterious charges to your bill and will not return calls regarding questionable practices on top of what's already being charged to your insurance. BEWARE! This dental office needs to be investigated for HIPPA violations; fraudulent and unethical billing

Questionable Reviews. Notice how the "good" reviews are posted within a couple of days of each other. This indicates that they are not legit, but are being written by Omni DG staff or others connected to ODG in an attempt to hide how bad they are.

Austin's Best Dental Office!. The office and staff at Omni Dental on William Cannon is exceptional! Dr. Michelle Amsili is and expert dentist and very caring and gentle. The staff is very professional as well. I highly recommend Omni.

Excellent Dental Care!. Excellent dental care! I have been coming to this office for several years and have been a patient of Dr. Amsili and I have always been satsified. She is very professional and experienced yet very personable and I trust her with my dental needs. The staff is very efficient and the prices have always been very reasonable. Also,

they have recently renovated the office and it looks great! I will keep coming back to Omni dental for all of my dental care!

OMNI DENTAL IS AUSTIN PROUD!. I want everyone one to know.....I have always had great experiences with Omni Dental. They truely care about the patients, teeth, comfort & will try to work with anyone...cash or INS. It is a family business with PRIDE!

Money was taken and they refused to clean my teeth!!. I have clean teeth. I get them cleaned twice a year and I've never had a cavity. After sitting in the waiting room for 20 minutes, I had my x-rays done, then was asked to sit in the waiting room again. Forty minutes later they finally came back and got me. I sat in the dental chair waiting another 10 minutes. The hygienist asked me if I'd at least found a magazine I could read. I told her no, they were all in Spanish. Dr. Amsili immediately came over and told me that the magazines she had out there would have to do because her sister comes and takes all the good ones, so there was no need to complain to them about it. I was not complaining, only answering the question.

Dr. Amsili then told me that my teeth were very, very dirty and that they would have to be scaled. She explained that I would have to make a new appointment, come back, they would put me under and deep clean my teeth. I scheduled the appointment and left.

A week later, after doing some research and checking around I realized I definitely did not need my teeth to be scaled like she had said. I also realized that this procedure was not covered by insurance and would be entirely out of my pocket. I called back and asked to change my appointment to a normal teeth cleaning instead. I was told they could not do that because that was not what the doctor recommended.

Long story short, I paid Omni Dental my initial copay to get yelled at about magazines and told that my teeth were dirty. Because they refused to clean my teeth, I'd used my one appointment covered by insurance that year. My entire dental insurance premium for the year and my copay were a complete waste.

Save yourself the time, the energy and the money, and stay away!!

Omni Dental Group Rocks!. Dr. Amsili and the staff were efficient and very detailed about my dental needs. She got me in for an appointment at the last minute and was really upbeat considering I probably crashed their schedule. I would definitely recommend this office to anyone in need of a great dentist! She rocks!

Thank you, Omni Dental!. I am very happy about my experiece with this office. My dentist was so great and gentle. I had a little issue with my insurance... this stuff is so confusing! The staff did a good job determining my insurance co-pays. Everyone was very professional. I had to wait a little because of an emergency patient that had come in without an appointment. I appreciate that the staff and dentists accommodate emergencies! I should have written years ago when I started going to this office. Love them!

Omni Dental. I have heard nothing but wonderful things about Omni Dental Group from my family and friends. From my initial visit, all the staff and doctors have been so helpful and caring. The staff working in the front really helped me get all of my appointments scheduled in a timely manner. I was having problems with my insurance company not being cooperative and the accounting department was SO helpful. They called my insurance company for me and got everything straightened out. It's nice to go to a dentist office that is productive and efficient.

Omni Dental Group. I had a GREAT experience at Omni Dental. I did not have to wait long at all for my appointment. Everyone had smiles on their faces and a positive attitude. The assistants were all very nice and helpful. Dr. Amsili was very accommodating and made sure that I was comfortable. He explained the procedure before performing it. I am so glad that I finally found a dentist that really does care.
